New equipment from leading European manufacturers is being installed at «ROSAVA»


Since 2011 the second stage of the investment program for updating of passenger car tyres production has been implemented in «ROSAVA». In the framework of this program a new automated line of curing presses Harburg-Freudenberger (Germany) has been already operating for a year. In the late summer of this year, the company plans to put into operation other high-tech equipment.

We would like to remind that in the beginning of  2012 modern equipment from leading manufactures of the world was installed. In particular, two universal machines for building of tyres by «flat» method (Harburg-Freudenberger, Germany). The total investment amount of this contract is about 30 million UAH. Besides, the extrusion line for innerliner production (Krauss Maffei Berstorff, Germany) is being installed. The total investment amount of that contract is about 24 million UAH. When the industrial sites are ready for the equipment installation, the schedules for installation, commissioning and testing as well as training programs are agreed with the companies-suppliers, the tyre factory will start the commissioning.

The works will be carried out by representatives of the companies-suppliers together with specialists of «ROSAVA» (mechanics, electricians, technicians, software engineers). Installation of the extrusion line is scheduled for April 28, while installation of the tyre building machines will start on May 2. 

Implementation of new high-efficiency equipment will allow manufacture tyres using the latest technologies. The universal machines provide high accuracy of all tyre building operations what will significantly increase the level of product quality. The innerliner extrusion line will produce this part of a tyre with an accuracy of 0.05 mm with a profile of complex figuration consisted of two rubber compounds.

The new high-tech equipment will significantly improve the performance characteristics of  tyres, such as uniformity, unbalance, deviation of weight and dimensions.
