In 2011 "ROSAVA" company invested more than 33 million UAH for upgrading of the production facilities



According to preliminary results of year 2011, "ROSAVA" company implemented a number of investment projects aimed at updating of the production due to purchasing of new equipment and modernization of the existing machinery. The total amount of investment for their implementation was more than 33 million UAH. 30 million UAH of them were invested in main production of tires for passenger cars.

In particular, ten (10) more curing presses KHP46-150 of "Harburg-Freudenberger" (Germany) with capacity of 600 thousand units per year were put into operation.

On the basis of the contract signed with company "KraussMaffei Berstorff" (Germany), works on the purchase of the extrusion line for innerliner manufacturing were carried out. Foundation was made and the equipment delivery was started.

Much attention was paid to purchase two single-stage Tire building machines PLT2 13-20 for the production of radial tires - contract with the company "Harburg-Freudenberger," (Germany). Several tranches of equipment cost were effected, negotiations on clarifying of technical specifications were held with the company-manufacturer, the preparatory works for the installation of the equipment are being carried out. The installation is scheduled for the first half of 2012.

The contract for manufacturing of the machines for cutting the shielding layer breaker was signed with company «SPOOLEX SAS» (France) and a down payment was effected. Continuation of the preparatory works and supply of the equipment are planned for the 1st half of year 2012.

The contract for purchasing of the device for tread winding into coils for the existing tread aggregate "Triplex" was signed with company "KraussMaffei Berstorff" (Germany). This device is manufactured and a place for its installation is prepared. Its delivery and commissioning is scheduled for the 1st half of this year.

Line KЛK-2-170 is equipped additionally with an automated system for measuring and adjusting the thickness of the rubberized textile cord. The device was put into trial operation and has got positive results. The introduction of the device provides continuous monitoring and adjustment of the thickness of the rubberized textile cord, what improved the tire quality control on balance.

Within the program of production updating the implementation of other projects was carried out as well. These projects were aimed at improving of product quality and expanding the range of tire models demanded by the market.
