«ROSAVA» agricultural tyres - reliable and efficient

     «ROSAVA» company manufactures a range of agricultural tyres along with passenger car tyres and commercial tyres. The range of tyres includes 72 sizes with rim seat diameter of 10; 15.3; 16; 20; 24; 26; 28; 32; 38; and 42 inches. Due to wide range of tyre sizes they can be installed on different agricultural machinery: seeding, threshing and mowing machines, as well as trailers, tractors and combines manufactured in our country and abroad. According to the purpose the tyres can be used in fields with common agricultural crops as well as in the fields of high humidity (rice fields). Taking into account development trends of agricultural machinery market and increasing demands of customers to agricultural tyres «ROSAVA» company has increased quality control of the products, paying closest attention to specifications of the new products to be developed. High-strength materials of the tyres provide durability, fuel efficiency and reduced ground pressure. It enables the farmer to ensure effective operation of equipment and maintain soil fertility keeping low maintenance. That is why «ROSAVA» tyres are mounted on one of five agricultural machines in Ukraine and are in demand among foreign farmers.
     In recent years the company manufactured radial cross-country tubeless tyres to be mounted on tractors and other agricultural machines. It is worth mentioning that manufactured are both radial and bias tyres.
 
   If sidewall is marked with «R» - symbol of radial tyre, the tyre is radial (e.g. 650/75R32 or 15.5R38 with section width of 650 mm and 15.5 inches). If sidewall is marked with «L» - symbol of bias tyre, rather than «R», the tyre is bias (e.g. 30.5L-32).
   Particular weaving and direction of threads in layers make difference between the abovementioned tyre types. Thus, threads of carcass layers in radial agricultural tyre do not cross and are parallel on the circumference of its cross section, i.e. on the meridian of the casing and at right angle to direction of motion; on top of the carcass plies, underneath the tread there are breaker layers - rigid belts carrying power loads.
   Cord threads in bias tyres run diagonally from bead to bead. Due to its design radial tyre has less carcass plies, what improves heat removal. Bias tyre shall have even number of plies. Radial tyres weight less, have increased service life and efficiency, as well as higher traction and speed characteristics. Bias tyres have a number of advantages as well. Their sidewalls are thicker than sidewalls of radial tyres, what increases durability and resistance to lateral impacts. And what is more they provide excellent performance on rough terrain. Bias tyres are typically used with tube, and radial tyres are tubeless. Although bias tyres are considered to be out-of-date, they still remain popular for use on combines and tractors of domestic origin.
   A new bias tyre 6.50-16 TR-101 with all-purpose tread pattern provides for example improved self-cleaning and wear resistance. It is suitable for mounting on steering wheels of tractors and agricultural machines.
   High performance characteristics on all types of soils and excellent self-cleaning ability have as well tyres 10.0/75-15.3 Ф-274 to be mounted on trailers, cultivating machines, seeding machines and other agricultural machinery.
    Bias tyres 21.3-24 ИЯВ-79У with typical cross-country tread pattern comply with the requirements of up-to-date technology to traction and gripping. These multipurpose tyres are designed for use on combined harvesters, tractors and other agricultural machines for performing different agricultural works.
    Tyres 30.5L-32 Ф-136 with increased height of lugs, good traction and good self-cleaning of tread are specially designed for soils with high humidity. Tyres Ф-136 are mainly mounted on drive wheels of combines but can be installed on other agricultural machines.
    Radial tyres are suitable for driving wheels of tractors, good performance has a well known model 16.9R38 TR-201, as well as recent developments: 650/65R38 TR-202, 710/70R38 TR-203. Tyres with cross-country tread pattern have good performance while driving on dirt roads, stubble fields and off the road. Tyre design ensures good gripping, self-cleaning, improved environmental performance, fuel-efficiency and extra-low ground pressure.
   Agricultural tyres are one of the most important components of agricultural machines, which determine their reliability, performance, efficiency and safety. One needs to choose the right tyres, mount, use and store them properly to ensure the compliance of stated characteristics,  their durability and efficiency. If chosen correctly, tyres for agricultural machines help you use all machines for agricultural work efficiently. When choosing tyres one shall consider conformance of technical characteristics of tyres, power capacity of machines and load they carry. Furthermore, agricultural tyres shall correspond to the soil type: the higher the humidity of the soil, the higher lugs and the bigger lug inclination. To avoid compaction of soil wide-section tyres or double-tyre wheels shall be mounted, which can also significantly reduce skidding and fuel consumption. Tyres should be mounted and repaired only by qualified personnel. Not properly regulated tyre pressure, for example, causes uneven wear of tyres and their early failure.
    There are a lot of rules how tyres should be stored. The following are just a few of them. Tyres should be stored in closed well ventilated warehouses, free from foreign objects, with subdued light, meeting the requirements of fire safety and allowing the use of lifting equipment. If there are windows in a warehouse, the window-panes should be painted red or orange. Heating devices in warehouses should be shielded. Temperatures should be from minus 30°C to plus 35°C, and relative humidity - 50-80%. Tyres should be stored not closer than 1m from heating devices, upright on shelf stands, pallets or on level floor. Tubeless tyres should be stored upright, not more than three stacks. The load carrying surface of the shelves should be smooth with no sharp edges. Tubeless tyres should be stored so that no deformation of beads and sidewalls of the tyres appears. Every 3 months tyres and tyre bags should be rotated to change the support point. Tyres and tyre bags can be stored outdoors under roof or covered with material to protect them from environmental impact (sunlight, moisture, contamination) within the period not exceeding 1 month.
