History

The history of the Ukrainian tyre manufacturer begins with the Bila Tserkva tyre plant founded in 1972. Since February, 1972 - it was headed by Mikhailo Timofiyovych Mytrofanov. Under his leadership, production process was organized far ahead of schedule.

One by one, every workshop and facility of the tyre plant reached its planned production capacity. It was a period of unprecedented enthusiasm! Due to the experience and dedication of our employees, we have become the largest tyre manufacturer in the former USSR, as well as one of the leading tyre manufacturers in the CIS countries. Our history is full of rich traditions, memorable occasions and energy of numerous events.

Energy of leadership

2003 - The quality management system of CJSC “Rosava” is certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2000. More than 80 tyre sizes are manufactured.

2005 - more than 100 tyre sizes for automobiles and agricultural machinery are produced. The production of heavy-duty tyres starts.

2006 - the implementation of a large-scale investment program for the modernization of production begins. Rosava produces the first medium class tyres: ВС-59, QW-101, QW-102, QW-103.

2008 - In July, the compressor and pump equipment of Samsung company is put into operation. In August, 10 new-generation curing presses from the German company Harburg-Freudenberger are installed. At the end of the year, bead ring making machine “LIBEPAL” from the Slovak company "VIPO" are installed in the tyre building shop.

2009 - the first off-take project with TM Herse was launched jointly with Turkish partners. As the basis of the new product, tyre model BS-49 was adopted, "ROSAVA" received the certificate of Inmetro and entered the Brazilian market.

2010 - delivery of the second batch of Harburg-Freudenberger Curing Presses carried out. In summer, the medium-class tyre PREMIORRI Solazo was presented.
